SIZING GUIDELINES
OK, here are the general guidelines to finding out a correct bra size.  Keep in mind that these are only guidelines and each manufacturer's bra may be slightly different.  If you scroll down a bit you can find the specific guidelines for Aviana Bras and Tatiana Bras.  I have found the very best size is the size that you currently have that FITS GOOD and COMFORTABLE, adjust up and down from there.
1.  Band Size - measure with tape measure around ribcage directly under breasts.  Add 5" to measurements up to 33 inches.  After 33 inches, only add 3 inches.
Example:  31" + 5" = 36" band size     34"  + 3" = 37" rounded up to 38" band size
(please note that Tatiana Bras normally wear a bit tighter so it would be advisable to go up a band size in the Tatiana brand)
2.  Cup Size - Measure fullest part of the bust.  Subtract the band size from the bust measurement.  The difference determines the cup size.   4" difference = D,  5" difference = DD or E, 6" difference = DDD or F, etc.

TATIANA
SIZING GUIDELINES from TATIANA

The Tatiana line is U.S. Sized. If you currently are wearing a 40D, then you should order a 40D etc. Each manufacturer has slightly different sizing when it comes to "D" and above cups. There is no set rules. Hence:

Approximately:
DD=E
DDD=F or E and 1/2
FF=F and 1/2

We do not make the rules in bra sizing. We just try to live with them like you do!
If one customer argues DDD is one thing and another customer argues it is another, they are both right.

1. The entire line are standard cup sizing except for Sasha 10700 and Natalie 10516.

2. Sasha 10799 - The sizes after DD are in half sizes up. DDD would be E and 1/2. F is F, FF is F and 1/2.

3. Natalie is the same. The DDD is a half size up from DD.

4. On the rest of the line, E cup is the same as DD.

5. As far as discussing sizing of the line, I have observed the following feedback from customers. Our ABCD cups are average U.S. sizing. When you get to our E cups and F cups, the stores that sell Goddess would say our F is an E and our E is a D. However, we have many stores that sell our F cups that fit exactly as F cups because they are not comparing them to the Goddess brand.
6. European lines tend to run a little smaller, but we have not had any negative feedback except for those selling Goddess and comparing our F cup to Goddess F cup.

7. Since it is a published fact that 70% of woman are wearing the wrong size, (usually too small) if anyone asks us, we usually say go up 1 size.

8. This is obviously not a scientific sizing. My experience over the years is every manufacturer of all clothing is not exaclty uniform and we get various contradictatory feedback from sizing occasionally.

9. In short, if in doubt go to the next higher size.
